Medic Dispatch
I was able to onboard 200+ healthcare consumers, 8 doctors, 6 ambulance service providers, 50 nurses, 68 caregivers, 4 labs, and 12 pharmacies and help the client secure $100,000 in funding. Medic Dispatch is a web & mobile app that was built to address the healthcare access issues experienced in Nigeria, the beta launch took place in the Federal Capital of Nigeria, Abuja.

What the client wanted to achieve
The client's goal was to design a web & mobile app that allows healthcare providers to seamlessly join and offer their services and also allow healthcare consumers access these services in Nigeria.
The estimated time I came up with after my research based on the client's goal was 8 months.
Process
Due to the large scope of this project I decide to to break down the project into phases to ensure business continuity and get the best result for the timeframe assigned for this project.
